Ahead of Liverpool Biennial, we are bringing together leading female voices in the Northwest of England to explore the dynamics between public and private sectors, innovative approaches to income generation, and the role of community in shaping sustainable cultural futures.

Speakers include:

Helen Pheby, Head of Culture, Heritage and Sport with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority

Shanaz Gulzar, Creative Director, Bradford 2025, UK City of Culture

Sam Lackey, Director of Liverpool Biennial
