 Join us as we chat with Anne Schneider-Wilson, a leading voice in Modern and Contemporary editions, about her career journey, the ins and outs of her role, and what a typical day looks like at one of the world's top auction houses.




Bringing more than two decades of experience to her role as Senior International Specialist, Anne Schneider-Wilson is a highly regarded voice in the field of Modern and Contemporary editions. A native German speaker, Anne began her career in the gallery world and has held high-level positions at Sotheby’s and Paragon Press, a contemporary publisher working closely with artists including Grayson Perry, Damien Hirst, and Marc Quinn, among others. Anne joined Phillips in 2014 and played a pivotal role in expanding the London Editions department, which had been established in 2013. Notable career highlights include leading the landmark private selling exhibition of Andy Warhol’s Lenin: Works from the Archive of Galerie Klüser and orchestrating Edition Schellmann: Fifty Are Better Than One, a pivotal auction featuring works from the Edition Schellmann archives, sold to benefit the Ars Publicata project.
