Measured Landscapes
Exhibition | 19 March | 18:00 - 21:00 | Hypha Studios
Measured Landscapes, a solo exhibition by Eleni Maragaki, opening on 19 March 2026 6 - 9 pm, at Hypha Studios, Kentish Town, London.
Measured Landscapes presents Maragaki’s research-driven practice, where geometry becomes both a visual language and a record of humanity’s imprint on the natural world. Through precise modular forms, drawings, and interactive sculptural installations, the exhibition explores landscape as a contested site, shaped by human systems, memory, and endurance beyond the body.
The works invite active engagement: viewers are encouraged to touch, rearrange, and move through the exhibition, becoming participants in an ongoing dialogue between structure and disruption, permanence and change.
Curated by AWITA member, Hanya Elghamry, currently in residency with Palace Art Collective at Hypha Studios, a curator whose practice centres on site-responsive exhibition-making and the politics of cultural memory. Trained in Contemporary Art Curation, she approaches curating as a research-driven and collaborative process, creating frameworks that allow artists’ voices, audience participation, and spatial context to shape the meaning of a show.
