DAISY PARRIS: DAISY PARRIS, PAINTINGS 2020-2024

We are delighted to share Daisy Parris's first monograph, Daisy Parris, Paintings 2020-2024, charting and celebrating the last four years of their career, featuring some of their most powerful paintings to date. Through their text-based and abstract works, Parris brings intimacy, insight and integrity to their paintings with great psychological and emotional force and unity. The book includes insightful essays and responses to Parris's practice from Gina Birch, Skye Sherwin, Sue Tompkins and Dr. Hester Westley.

KATE GROOBEY: I'M A STAR, BUT I WANT TO BE THE MOON

Following the 2025 surrealist exhibition Dreamlandia at Sim Smith, Kate Groobey and Sim Smith have collaborated to create this artist-led, limited-edition t-shirt inspired by I'm A Star, But I Want To Be The Moon (2024). Groobey's work portrays her personal experiences and explores the androcentric cannon of painting from a feminist queer perspective using the tactics of British humour – innuendo, parody, absurdity, surreality, macabre and self-deprecation.

EMILY HUNT: SERVITOR RINGS
We are delighted to share Emily Hunt's ornate, beautiful and unique, wearable works of art and ceramic stands, including Servitor Rings. Emily explores the carnivalesque, ornament, and magical practice – reflecting societal attitudes, transgressive behaviours and esoteric traditions. This exploration is beautifully illustrated in these works, all of which are hand sculpted artworks. We are also excited to share a collection of the rings straight from the artist studio available to try on in person at the gallery.
