The survey is designed to collect anonymous responses about women’s roles, salaries, benefits, and career advancement opportunities in the visual arts sector. Your responses will remain confidential. At the end of the survey, you may choose to provide your email address. Submitting your email is entirely optional and will only be used to contact you for follow-up questions related to this initiative.

Use of Data
The data collected through this survey will be analyzed to produce a short report on the realities of women’s contributions to the art world. Anonymous responses will be aggregated and used to highlight challenges and opportunities for gender equity in the arts.
If you provide your email address, it will be used solely for follow-up communications regarding this survey. Under no circumstances will your email address be shared with third parties.

Retention of Data
Anonymous survey responses will be retained indefinitely to support ongoing research and reporting on gender equity in the arts. Email addresses will be stored only until follow-up communications are completed. After this period, email addresses will be permanently deleted.
