AWITA’s annual conference brings together 200 women working in the professional arts. The objective is to support the talent pipeline through a day of personal and professional development.

This year, attendees will hear from voices working across different sectors. We believe the artworld can learn from the competencies, challenges, successes and differences of aligned creatives and industries.

The day is designed in a fresh and dynamic format that delivers practical insights. We aim to create a toolkit rich in practical takeaways, case studies, honest conversations, and hands-on workshops. There will be time for reflection, self-awareness, and connecting with peers throughout the day.

  • The conference and membership is not designed for artists in mind. We maintain a partnership with a-n The Artist Information Company the UK's largest visual arts membership organisation hosting an annual event.
